1. Introduction Welcome to GAPrie Limited! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our online store. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Product Orders All orders placed through our website are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to our shipping policies. We reserve the right to refuse orders at our discretion.
3. Refunds and Exchanges If the product received is not fit for purpose or if the wrong size is ordered, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. The product must be returned in new condition, and the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs.
4. Shipping Policy We ship to all locations within Australia and New Zealand. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on Shopify's standard rates but are subject to review and potential adjustment by GAPrie. For orders valued at $1000 or more shipped to Australia, customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Payment Methods We accept payments via Stripe and offer an invoicing option for bank transfers.
6. Modifications to the Service and Prices Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
7. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
8. Optional Tools We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.

User Comments, Feedback, and Other Submissions If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us.
